Picture yourself a stunning, yet personal and warm mansion immersed in the elements – overlooking acres of lands, forest, and a lake. Daily yoga and meditation, time for yourself, reflection, healthy and vibrant food, within a safe, down-to-earth and friendly space… An opportunity to re-connect to yourself, the elements, and open to the abundance all around (and within) you. This setting is what we offer you during this retreat.
Expect a high level of care, soothing energy, and deep nourishment – at the border between summer and fall.
YOGA & MINDFULNESS for YOU
Yoga meets you where you are, no matter your body or experience, and everyone is welcome to the retreat, beginners and advanced practicioners alike.
We will practice yoga, breathing exercises, and meditation 2 or 3 times each day. Your teacher, Cédric Gorinas (HeartWiseYoga.com), teaches with strong focus on good, therapeutic alignment and biomechanics of the body, along with a focus on the “heart” and personal development. This holistic approach to yoga brings a general sense of balance and nourishment in body, mind, and heart.
A SAFE ENVIRONMENT
The number of spots is limited to ensure a safe, intimate space where each person can feel free to be themselves and grow their edges and provide room for personal support on your practice and personal journey throughout the retreat.
NATURE & THE ELEMENTS
Nature is central in this retreat. Using yoga, sauna, food, mindful walks, meditation, and reflection we will dive into the five elements and re-connect to our own rhythm, in line with nature’s rhythm. We will stay in a comfortable mansion on a stunning property, Mindfulness Manor, with direct access to an outdoor sauna, forests and a lake.

LOCATION & LOGISTICS
Mindfulness Manor is located 3½-4h from Copenhagen or Stockholm. It is a unique place with history, comfort, and lots of charm.
You can either drive to the retreat place or take the train to Mullsjö station, where we can pick you up (app. 5km away).
The food will be vegan, organic and gluten-free when possible. Simple and delicious. Please notify us upon registration for food allergies.
Cédric Gorinas (PhD, CYT-500, Ashaya Yoga certified ®)
I am a certified teacher and instruct yoga classes and events regularly, mostly around Copenhagen. The most important thing for me is to create a safe space that provides you with a safe container to be yourself and possibly explore your edges.
In my classes, you will experience a strong focus on body alignment, which ensures that you move into each posture in a safe and therapeutic way. In addition to alignment, I also include a more heart-centered dimension, or how your yoga practice can support you in your own personal development – also off the mat.
I have trained with internationally recognized teachers in advanced anatomy, therapeutics, ancient philosophy, and more, within the Ashaya Yoga® tradition (certified in Ashaya Yoga®). Ashaya combines clear therapeutics, biomechanics, science, and ancient, easily relatable philosophy.
I am fascinated by the interconnectedness between the body, the mind, and what ancient yogic texts call the “inner heart”. Besides teaching yoga, I offer 1-to-1 coaching and team workshops within a holistic approach to development and informed by modalities such as mindfulness, eastern wisdom, poetry, and body-centered psychotherapy.

Preliminary daily program –
- Morning practice,
- 1 dynamic and 1 more gentle practice per day
- Mindful walk
- Saunagus and swimming in the lake
- Meditation/mindfulness, breathing exercices, guided contemplation and solo time
- 3 meals
PRICE (per person)
Double room: 3,500 DKK: price valid for 2 simultaneous registrations and 2 persons sharing the same double bed
Twin room: 3,950 DKK: shared large room, 2 single beds
Single room: 4,850 DKK : 1 single bed in private room
The price includes: 3 meals a day, tuition fees for teaching, accommodation, all activities offered at the manor. The price does not include transportation to and from the place (possible transfer from Mullsjö station yet free of charge).
In order to ensure a safe and intimate space, this is a small retreat with limited number of spots. Please sign up early to secure yourself a spot.

If you sign up before Aug 1st, 2019, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit of 2000 DKK to secure you a spot. The rest of the payment is due on Aug. 1st, 2019 or shortly after (payment plan possible, please inquire).
In case of cancellation before Aug. 1st, 2019, you will get your money back minus the deposit. If you cancel after Aug. 1st, 2019, you will unfortunately not be able to get your deposit back, but you can sell your spot to another participant or possibly someone on the waiting list (if any).
