A Sense of Presence – Meditation series (online)

Presence is Yoga’s greatest gift. Through our practice, we can cultivate our ability not only to experience being present in the moment, but also to return to the moment.
My approach to presence is firmly anchored in the body, and from the body can extend to more subtle realms and through various techniques. Our physical asana practice is a powerful way to “sense” what presence is, but my experience is that a sense of presence truly anchors in ourselves through a sitting meditation practice.
In these challenging times of lockdown and uncertainty, I would like to offer a short series with 3 times 1h meditation class ONLINE. You can use this class as a way to experience presence, to establish a more regular practice, to learn or review your tool box of meditation practices. And perhaps meditation practice is one of your new year’s resolutions or intentions 🙂
We will work with various yogic practices from different traditions and using different simple techniques, so that you can find the one or the ones that work for you.
You are welcome, new beginner or routined practitioner.
My intention with this course is to create a mini-community of yogis, experience presence together, and support you in building a sense of presence that you can take with you everywhere.
PRICE: 3 classes (including audio recording) 220 kr. // 30 EUR. 1 class: 90 kr. // 12 EUR. If you have heavy financial constraints or know someone who has and could benefit from the class, donations are a possibility. Payment through Paypal (firstname.lastname@example.org) preferred.
To create more continuity (and more commitment!) I strongly encourage each participant to come to all three classes, but if not possible it is also possible to come to only one or two classes. Also each class will build up on the previous one.
TIME: 3 Sundays from 19 to 20 (7 to 8 pm European Central Time), January the 3rd, the 10th and the 17th.
LOGISTICS: Set up a comfortable sitting space in your home, bring a journal/notebook, and ensure you can be at peace and undisturbed for our class. I recommend everyone joins with video, if you are comfortable with it, so we can do some sharing at some point.
