Meditation 3-class online series for balance and inner peace
Three LIVE meditation classes to experience and return to deep quietude and peace inside yourself. An opportunity to support yourself, start or boost your practice, and bring presence and balance into your daily life.
Sundays 6.45-8.00 pm (ECT) – March 14th, 21st and 28th (2021) on Zoom.
You also get access to each session’s audio recording + selected short meditations to practice in-between sessions + BONUS 2 yoga videos to prep your body before practice

Balance is a stress-free, harmonious state that comes from within. Inner balance is synonymous with inner peace. It is an experience of calmness happening inside of you, that resembles a quiet landscape you know from another context: watching a wind-free sunset at the beach, vast mountain views, the fall of snow, a child or a lover deeply asleep, the quietude of a city early in the morning… Such sceneries evoke the feeling of peace and balance, which you recognize because you know it already – from within.
Yet, in our modern life, we lose the experience of inner balance and cannot always access such sceneries regularly enough. We still can, however, reconnect to and re-experience inner balance and peace through the practice of meditation.
Why meditation? And Benefits…
Meditation – which also can include what is commonly referred to as Mindfulness – is a focus and/or presence exercise doable basically anytime and anywhere (also when not seated!). Most commonly, as we will practice in this class, meditation is done sitting in a quiet space, and with eyes closed. Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years as a way to increase well-being, happiness, and a sustainable experience of connectedness with the world.
Research has shown many health benefits of meditation, including psychological, mental, neurological, and physical benefits: E.g., meditation is shown to decrease anxiety, stress, and depression; it activates more satisfaction and positive emotions; it increases focus and concentration capacities; it helps with addiction, sleep, pregnancy issues; it improves quality of life by helping one live with physical pain, etc.). In general, meditation helps us find more agency and freedom when dealing with challenges. It is also a powerful tool to decipher and work with personal, self-limiting psycho-emotional patterns.
Previous clients reported that meditation has helped them see clearer in thoughts and emotional patterns while triggered or activated, and make them able to resource themselves in challenging situations.

Over the course of 3 weeks, this class will provide you with several techniques that will help you cultivate presence and balance not only in your thoughts, but also in your body, your breath, and your emotions.
We will meet LIVE on Zoom each Sunday, and after each class you will be provided with the audio recording of the session as well as short guides for you to practice in-between sessions. The mix of live and recordings allows you to go at your own pace and as deep as you desire and are able to go.
As your guide, Cédric, I am committed to take you through a short but powerful journey from the most obvious to the subtlest layers in your body. I will help you discover or refine your awareness of different aspects of your body, which all then can become an opportunity to experience balance and inner peace. We will also talk about simple exercises you can take in your daily life and practice during your day with opened eyes. My teaching draws from different traditions in yoga, meditation and mindfulness, including Buddhism, Classical yoga, nondual Siva tantra, and more modern mindfulness and somatic resourcing tools. I am also available in-between sessions to support you and answer your questions.
This class is open for everyone, completely new beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You do not need to practice yoga or be able to sit in a lotus pose to join. The only request is your interest in exploring ways to be present and find inner peace.
