Yoga – on the beach

Take a deep breath in… And enjoy the scenery!
Yoga on the beach with HeartWise is back!

1-time pop-up class. Let’s meet on this gorgeous day and practice together. Bring your own mat/towel to practice on the sand, blanket/sweater, sunglasses, sunscreen, water bottle and swim gears!
All levels are welcome.

We’ll meet at Amager strandpark, station 1 on the RIGHT-hand side, just facing Helgoland (bathrooms close by).

Cost: Donation-based, suggested donation 80-100 kr. (mobile pay 50477521 or cash)

We’ll observe current sanity measures of 2m distance between our mats.
