We are excited to once again offer our comprehensive 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, beginning in September 2025. This in-depth program provides a structured and immersive journey into the science and art of teaching yoga, taught entirely in person at our studios.

What You will learn

Our training follows Yoga Alliance standards and covers four essential pillars:

• Techniques & Practice: Deepen your understanding of asana, pranayama, and meditation.

• Anatomy & Physiology: Learn the biomechanics of movement and yoga’s effect on the body.

• Yoga Humanities: Explore philosophy, history, and ethics rooted in yogic tradition.

• Professional Essentials: Gain the teaching methodology and skills needed to lead effective classes.

Additionally, we offer elective modules such as sequencing, theming, and personal development work to refine your unique teaching style.
