“TO FALL OR NOT TO FALL?” – STANDING AND ARM-BALANCING WORKSHOP W/CEDRIC
October 23 @ 2:45 pm300DKK
We humans are part of nature and its cycles. In the Fall season, we are naturally guided to draw from “out” to “in” and let go of what’s no longer needed or essential for the rest of the year. Yet, for many of us, Fall, with its shorter and cooler days and less natural energy, can also be a challenging time.
This workshop will take you through an all-round, hatha practice to balance the “inwards-” and “outwards- focused” directions of this transitional season.
Concretely, using clear yoga techniques and deepened body awareness, we will build up a slow and strong sequence with a particular focus on balancing postures – standing, and on your hands and arms. In addition to the physical aspect, you can expect to get some inspiration and inner reflection at a deeper level.
Come and experience a practice that will leave you feeling both more energized and calmer, and most importantly centered and grounded in your body, heart and mind. Everyone is welcome to the workshop, no matter how “strong” you think you are. The most important thing is your willingness to ground into your body and heart. Bring a journal and a pen.
Your guide, Cédric Gorinas is a dedicated yoga teacher with over 10 years of international studies and practice in yoga, meditation, philosophy and other personal development modalities. He is passionate about sharing yoga in a way that touches both your body and your heart, so you can experience the grounding benefits of safe and clear body alignment together with a more intuitive and spiritual approach to your inner and outer world.
